About the Practice
Stability In Wellness, LLC is an independent physical therapy practice that is owned and operated by Hanna Shays, PT, DPT, Cert. DN. The company focuses on delivering highly skilled sports & orthopedic treatments at locations in Jupiter, Juno Beach & West Palm Beach. When requested, Dr. Shays will perform mobile visits around Northern Palm Beach County. Dr. Shays specializes in dry needling, abdominal scar release, myofascial release and optimizing neuromuscular patterns. Her favorite conditions to treat include low back pain, jaw pain, knee pain & shoulder pain.
At Stability In Wellness, our goal is to uncover the root cause of your pain, so that we can maximize your outcomes and ability to heal naturally. Treatment is always unique to you and your needs because we understand that no two bodies are the same.

No Unexpected Bills
Payment is discussed prior to scheduling your first visit. You will never receive an unexpected bill from us.
Flexible Scheduling
We offer scheduling as late as 6:00PM on select days of the week as well as some Saturdays.
Dry Needling
Dr. Shays has been performing dry needling since 2022. She has had success using this technique to address a variety of conditions in her patients, and is one of the few providers in the state of FL to have completed 3+ courses in dry needling.
